The 7th Communication and Visibility Workshop: Communication and Visibility Case Studies was held on 27 January 2022 virtually via Zoom. Organized by the EU Delegation to ASEAN and Landell Mills with support from the Delegation of European Union to ASEAN and The ASEAN Magazine, this workshop focused on identifying interesting story angles and connecting stories with current issues.  

Robert Frank, Communication Correspondent (ComCord) for International Partnership, EU Delegation to ASEAN, provided an overview of EU’s communication and shared a storytelling template and online storytelling tool, while Mary Castro from The ASEAN Magazine shared insights on identifying story angles and connecting it with current issues. Representatives from EU Delegation to ASEAN, Indira Zahra Aridati; BCAMP, Earl Diaz; SUPA Component 2, Mariam Ghani and RICE Communications, Donna Garcia also shared their experience in implementing digital campaigns and competitions. Dian Saputra, Communication Coordinator/Team Leader of Communication and Visibility for EU Cooperation ASEAN lead the case study discussion session during which the participants are invited to share their project stories/experiences. 

The workshop is designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experience to widen the perspectives and horizon of communication ideas among EU-funded projects.
