​Before joining the Boeung Leach Sambophal Agricultural Cooperative in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia, Vin Nov grew crops such as green mustard and bindweeds without employing proper methods of production. After joining the cooperative, he was trained on growing vegetables using proper techniques to improve his productivity. Now, he earns USD 100 to USD 150 per month for his organic vegetables. The cooperative also helps its members find a market for their produce.
