CAMBODIA – Business Plan Support for the Melon Association in Siem Reap

On 25-27 April 2023, Mr. Ung Vuthy, the Business Development Officer of APFP-FO4A project in Cambodia facilitated the creation of a 3-year Business Plan for the Melon Association SiemReap Meanchey, a farmers’ organization under CFAP.

The Melon Association mainly focuses on the collective sale of melon and vegetables from its members. They supply 31 local markets and supermarkets. Currently, the association can gather 20 metric tons of melon and vegetables per month from its members.
