[CHINA] Capacity Building Training Courses – APFP / FO4A / ARISE

Farmer leaders get together for the Capability Building Training Courses organized by AMI (China) on 2016 September in Beijing, China. They were divided into groups and competed with each other to increase participation.

In this photo, the farmers are participating in an activity of the training courses which is designed to practice farmer leaders’ cooperation consciousness. The participants have to figure out how to collaborate with each other and operate the disk to keep the ball stay still on it.
