On 6 September 2021, Hubert Boirard, International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD)’s Director for Asia and Pacific Region and APFP Task Manager visited Khubanistan, Pakistan as part of the IFAD Mission.
Mr. Boirard also met with APFP partner farmers’ organizations on 7 September 2021 during the IFAD mission in Baltistan, Pakistan.
