Impact Stories from MTPC2 Pacific by Asia Pacific Farmers on Scribd
The following are stories about farmers and farmer organisations in the Pacific. They reflect some of the impacts of a five-year funding programme (2014-2018) that has changed the way farmer organisations operate in the Pacific Islands. Stories like these have become common in farmer organisations across the region. What follows is not a comprehensive list of the impacts, but is intended to provide a glimpse into these transformations. Five years of capacity building has made a huge difference, not only to how farmer organisations are seen by farmers, governments and development partners, but also to how farmer organisations see themselves.
