I am Bùi Như Hà, Chairwoman of Farmers’ union at Phu Thanh commune, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province, Vietnam.
Currently, agricultural activities in Phu Thanh face many difficulties and challenges in natural conditions, socio-economic conditions, residential premises, customs and practices, information, communication, and technology. I would like to present some following solutions to solve these issues.
First, the Ministry should deploy and widely apply advanced technical processes with transient information technology in the application of synchronous mechanized processes.
Second, promote the application of modern and advanced science and technology to improve the quality of agricultural processing and support label registration.
Third, pay attention to the development of craft villages from planning to policies to support trade villages to promote the attraction of development of the collective economy.
Fourth, there are preferential mechanisms for agricultural production farms and specific sanctions in handling violations of the rural agricultural environment in production and business.
Fifth, investing in traffic roads and creating agricultural nurseries with technical capital for farmers, especially irrigation systems.
