My name is Dao Thi Hue, born and raised in Lac Hong commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province, Vietnam.

The current situation of agricultural production in our country is fragmented. Massive production leads to an insecurity of the output of the product. Agriculture also faces the effects of climate change.

To solve these problems, I am proposing some solutions:

  • The State should create favorable conditions for farmers to access resources. Establish property rights on agricultural land so that enterprises can borrow capital.
  • Integrate knowledge of high-tech and clean agriculture into the education system starting high school to gradually raise awareness, improve behavior and develop the thinking toward applying high technology in agricultural production.
  • Continue to promote land consolidation and exchange in localities to form large fields. Extend the term of the fill and lease period.
  • Forecast market demand for high-tech agricultural products, build agricultural product brands linking to synchronously implemented stages from production to processing and consumption, especially product quality control.
  • Relevant Ministries must continue to improve mechanisms and policies to encourage agricultural production and business establishments to invest in high-tech agriculture such as simplifying lending procedures, completing the criteria for high-tech agricultural enterprises in a clear direction, and creating conditions for these enterprises to access preferential capital.
